My client is looking for a Project Buyer who will support with the project management of the brand innovation as well as liaising with suppliers and clients.

Location: Camberley

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Hours: 37.5 hour week

Key duties:

  • Supporting key projects
  • Understand the marketing requests with the ability to challenge assumptions
  • Selecting suppliers and then preparing information for supplier visits and annual negotiations
  • Lead negotiation with suppliers
  • Running reports, statistics as well as analysing information whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Following up on price sheets and supply contracts
  • Ensuring the most up to date information is kept on the supplier database
  • Communicate with internal customers and suppliers for issues
  • Responsible for ensuring up to date information on the system using SAP and Excel

Key requirements:


  • Experience within an FMCG company
  • Project management experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Negotiation and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and Time management skills
  • High level of Customer Service along with exceptional communication skills
