Organisation of Global travel arrangements (Flights, Visas, transfers & accommodation)

* Multiple complex diary management

* Management of Purchase Order creation, tracking and receipting

* Process team expenses

* Assist in organising meetings

* Processing of agreements through the electronic review systems

* Assist with additional adhoc duties when required Cover for Team Admin when out of office

Proven administration experience within a fast paced International organisation supporting Senior Level Management

* Previous experience working in a Pharma environment an advantage but not essential

* Experience using electronic review systems

Experience with data management and MS Office (advanced Excel & PowerPoint)
