Our client based in Egham are looking for a Project Manager to look at processes, systems and IT across the company. This will be a 6 to 12 month contract, 9 to 5, Monday to Friday paying £33-38K pa, there will be an opportunity for flexible working. You will need an understanding of CRM systems, new systems implementation, budget management, Business process mapping, be able to motivate a matrix project team and meet deadlines. You must have worked for an SME.

Main duties of the role:

  • Work with your appointed line manager to set project objectives in line with the Company's needs, which include: scope, content, timings , KPIs and budget;
  • Plan work and set deadlines to meet the agreed needs;
  • Lead and motivate a project team from both internal and external stakeholder organisations;
  • Carry out and monitor the work to make sure it is on time and within budget;
  • Co-ordinate the work of your project team and delegate tasks where appropriate;
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time;
  • Implement any changes throughout the process;
  • Report regularly to the senior management team;
  • Ensure each project has delivered the expected outcomes and benefits;
