My Client is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a full time basis, they are paying £22-23k. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding team where full training will be provided. Duties will include:
  • Matching of invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Coding of invoices
  • Reconciling of purchase ledger accounts to supplier statements
  • Preparing payment runs for approval
  • Distributing remittance advice to suppliers
  • Assisting the Accounts Manager with other duties on an ad-hoc basis
The Ideal candidate will:
  • Hold an accounting related degree (or equivalent)
  • Accounts experience
  • Must be used to working to and achieving tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem solving abilities, excellent communication skills, ability to prioritise, including identifying and focusing on key priorities. Will have strong customer service skills and numeric and analytical skills, and have constant drive and ability. Please submit your CV in word format
