My client are one of the UK's leading businesses within their industry and they are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join on a 12 month fixed term contract! This opportunity requires you to process a high volume of invoices and deal with everything from the point of order through to final settlement. This contract is paying up to £28,000.

Key duties:

  • Enter all invoices onto the ledger correctly
  • Assist with the testing of the new Purchase Ledger system
  • Maintain the purchase order system
  • Deal with supplier queries
  • Manage staff expenses
  • Reconcile supplier statements

Key requirements:

  • Experience working in Purchase Ledger and able to hit the ground running
  • Advanced Excel including V Lookups and Pivot Tables
  • Have a good eye for detail and a good level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
