I am proud to be working with an international business based in London who are currently recruiting for an entry level position within Purchase Ledger. This is an exciting opportunity if you have a minimum of 3 months experience within Purchase Ledger and are now looking for an opportunity where you can progress within your career and work in a fast paced and busy team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Matching, batching and coding
  • Bank reconciliations on a daily and weekly basis
  • Payment runs
  • Putting together aged credit reports
  • Updating cash books
  • Checking and processing staff expenses

Key skills/experience required:

  • Minimum of 3 months Purchase Ledger experience required
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Strong data entry and attention to detail is essential
  • Payroll data inputting experience is highly desirable but not essential
