My Client who are specialists within their industry are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a full time basis, they are paying £22-23k. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company where you will receive training and support.

Duties will include:

  • Matching of invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Coding of invoices
  • Reconciling of purchase ledger accounts to supplier statements
  • Preparing payment runs for approval
  • Distributing remittance advice to suppliers
  • Assisting the Accounts Manager with other duties on an ad-hoc basis

The Ideal candidate will:

  • Accounts experience
  • Must be used to working to and achieving tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
