Our client are an international company based in lovely offices in Egham. They are looking for an experienced receptionist to be the professional face of the company.

This is a very nice role in a friendly company that would suit and experienced receptionist with good communication and customer service skills.

The role is a varied one that will include:-

  • Provide a professional and friendly welcome
  • Connect all calls to appropriate person, taking messages accurately

  • Manage and record meeting room bookings on a daily basis.

  • Ensure that all meeting room bookings are serviced for catering and refreshments

  • Ensure the internal telephone / site directory is regularly updated and circulated

  • Distribute incoming and outgoing post, faxes and emails appropriately inline with office procedures

  • Assisting PA's with admin duties - Couriers, Taxis, Flights, Facilities and meetings
