Our client, a leader in their industry, are recruiting for an exciting receptionist position in their fast paced team. The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced receptionist, used to working on a busy reception desk and possess excellent communication skills. You will also be comfortable in using a switchboard, booking taxi's, organising car park spaces and lunches for meetings.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering calls from the main switchboard
  • Meeting and greeting visitors coming through the building and ensure they are signed in
  • Book parking spaces
  • Booking and organising lunches for meetings
  • Adhoc admin duties for the HR team

Key Requirements:

  • Previous reception and switchboard experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and personal skills
  • Exceptional organisation
  • Great attention to detail
