My client based in Redhill are looking for an experienced receptionist to work front of house for one of their corporate organisations. This is a temporary position and all candidates must be available immediately.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet visitors and direct them to relevant floors
  • First point of contact providing excellent customer service
  • Check in visitors via electronic system
  • Manage reception mailbox - pick up emails and direct them to relevant contact
  • Communicate on a regular basis with management and facilities to ensure a smooth running of the building

Requirements for the role:

  • Reception/ front of house experience
  • Extremely customer focused
  • Ability to use own initiative whilst working alone
  • Professional manner and well presented
  • Available immediately
  • Able to commit to a temporary role
  • Flexible
