We are currently recruiting for our market leading client based in Park Royal. They are looking for an organised Receptionist to join their fun and friendly team. The successful candidate will be welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone and answering or referring enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to provide good frontline service
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Announcing visitor to host
  • Answering of all incoming calls, screening and transferring to the relevant person or department
  • Accurately taking messages and forwarding it to the relevant person
  • Ability to liaise with customer over day to day issues

Key Skills Required:

  • Previous experience of working in a reception or support role
  • Competent user of MS Office at intermediate level
  • Confident and effective communicator with great listening skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships
  • A great organiser with attention to detail
  • Loves being part of a great team
  • Positive approach and personable
