Key responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors and direct them to relevant floors
- First point of contact providing excellent customer service
- Check in visitors via electronic system
- Manage reception mailbox - pick up emails and direct them to relevant contact
- Communicate on a regular basis with management and facilities to ensure a smooth running of the building
- Ad hoc administration
Requirements for the role:
- Reception/ front of house experience
- Extremely customer focused
- Ability to use own initiative whilst working alone
- Professional manner and well presented
- Available immediately
- Able to commit to a temporary role
