An exciting opportunity has arisen for a receptionist to work in and around the Staines, Surrey area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Telephones - answering switchboard calls, forwarding and monitoring calls as required.
  • Meet and greet visitors at reception and direct as required.Calendars for meeting rooms. Monitor, arrange and book/cancel meetings.
  • Stationery ordering and arrange deliveries.
  • Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Take voice mail messages and email to appropriate person.
  • Franking of all outgoing mail/recorded mail ready for collection by Royal Mail.
  • Issue Parking Permits, barrier keys and log details onto systems, update on a daily basis.
  • Logging and sending Courier post for all. Ensure reception area is tidy at all times
  • Excellent communication is a must.
  • Ability to utilise Microsoft Office Suite
