My client is looking for a Receptionist to join their company which we have worked with for many years. You will be responsible for being apart of the front of house team and carrying out reception and administrative tasks.

Location: Cobham

Salary: Up to £19,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00

Key duties:

  • Meeting and Greeting and conference guests as well as providing them access to the relevant meeting rooms
  • Being responsible for the office switchboard as well as answering, forwarding and screening phone calls
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Being responsible for the conference room bookings
  • Keeping reception and conference rooms tidy
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Organising lunches and breakfasts
  • Monitoring levels of supplies
  • Organising ground transfers for conference guests
  • Co-ordinating conference centre maintenance with the facilities manager
  • Helping with conference centre health and safety

Key requirements:


  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organised
