My client is looking for an experienced Receptionist that had some exposure within facilities. The successful candidate must be a committed team player with the ability to solve problems and ensure excellent support and service to all customers.

Location: Bedfont

Salary: Up to £21,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits

Hours: 37 ½ hours per working week

Key duties:

  • Managing the reception desk on a day to day basis
  • Ability to answer the phone promptly with good telephone manner
  • Switchboard to be covered between 8am and 5:30 pm (you will not work the whole day)
  • Post room duties to include sorting internal and external mail
  • Ordering stationery supplies and maintain stock levels
  • Deputising for facilities manager when out of the office and ensuring that all office queries are dealt with
  • Reporting any problems and ensuring a fast resolution
  • Fulfil Fire Marshal responsibilities with refresher training when required
  • Fulfil First aid responsibilities with refresher training when required

  • Background in reception and facilities support

Desirable:

  • Acted as a Fire Marshal
  • Acted as a First Aider
