34077 - Receptionist and Office Assistant

My client is looking for a Receptionist and Office Assistant who will ensure the efficient running of the office, reception as well as supporting the management team.

Location: Chobham

Salary: £18,000 to £20,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Key duties:

  • Managing the reception desk on a day to day basis
  • Welcoming visitors upon arrival
  • Organising meetings and book meeting rooms
  • Answering calls in a professional manner
  • Ordering stock as and when needed
  • Open, distribute post and send outgoing post
  • Open to taking on various adhoc duties such as facilities, marketing and health and safety

Key requirements:


  • Experience within reception or admin
  • IT literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
  • Happy to take on additional adhoc duties


  • Ideally a driver as the location is not accessible via public transport
