I am currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of a fast growing, International Client in Surbiton. Who are looking for talented individuals to provide administrative support to their Sales teams!

Please not this is a permanent position paying up to £25,000 per annum

Day to day tasks include:

  • Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Completing questionnaires to gain information on Inactive and new customers.
  • Creating target lists via Online sources and industry publications E.G Yell.com, eBay, Amazon, Mobile News etc.
  • Supporting members of the sales team with high level more complex customers.
  • Liaising with other departments (finance, logistics and facilities) to ensure implemented processes are carried out correctly and smoothly.
  • Proactive outbound calls to resolve customer queries
  • Proactive and Reactive emailing to management on tasks outstanding and completed.
  • The reduction in time taken to resolve customer queries.
  • The increase in customer retention through effective customer / sales rep support.
  • Completion of tasks lists to remain organised and keep management informed of progress.

Desirable:

  • Experience in working within a fast paced administration role
  • Previous experience in supporting sales staff
  • Resilient with the ability to work well with strong personalities
  • Good working knowledge of Excel (ideally pivot tables and Vlook ups)
  • Fluency in an additional European language
