My client, a US owned business, is currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their busy & fast paced team. This role is on a temporary basis to cover maternity however this does have the potential to be extended or open up permanent opportunities.

This role will require you to work closely with the Account Managers to ensure that all their orders are processed correctly into MS Dynamics. You will be an integral support mechanism to the sales team ensure that part of the team and be liaising with the customers with any order or stock queries.

Experience on Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage however knowledge of other CRM systems is sufficient

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the customer's order portfolio
  • Handle all customer queries
  • Ensure all Sales orders are raised on the system correctly
  • Ensure all PO's are linked to sales orders
  • Send out weekly status reports to customers
  • Send out daily in house sales report
  • Check all shipment dates are correct and in agreement with the customer's requested date

You must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, work towards tight deadlines and various SLA's at the same time
