Our client, based in St Albans, are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join their vibrant team. The ideal candidate with have experience in a similar Sales Administrator role within a busy team, confident in communicating with customers and suppliers, able to adapt to change and prepared to work outside standard office hours as necessary. You will also have experience in using MS Dynamics and have strong experience in using Excel, V Look ups and Pivot Tables are required.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Manage customer order portfolio and handle all customer
  • Ensure sales orders are raised and POs are linked to each order
  • Provide weekly status reports to customers and daily sales reports to in house teams
  • Ensuring shipment dates are correct and in lines with customers release dates, advising of changes where necessary
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and process credits where appropriate
  • General administration duties as required

Key Requirements;

  • Previous experience in a fast paced Sales Administration role
  • Proven experience in using MS Dynamics and advanced Excel ( V Look Ups and Pivot Tables are required)
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills
  • Able to adapt to a change in priorities to meet business needs
