Our client, based in Stockley Park, are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join their vibrant team. The ideal candidate with have experience in a similar Sales Administrator role within a busy team, confident in communicating with customers on behalf of the sales team, able to adapt to a change in priorities. You will also have experience in using CRM systems and have strong experience in using Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Manage customer portfolio and handle all customer queries
  • Ensure sales orders are raised and POs are linked to each order
  • Filling customer quotes and supporting with internal support contracts
  • General administration duties as required

Key Requirements;

  • Previous experience in a fast paced Sales Administration role
  • Proven experience in using CRM systems and Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills
  • Able to adapt to a change in priorities to meet business needs
