My client, a leader within their industry, is currently recruiting for a temporary Sales Admninistrator for their offices based in Hemel Hempstead

You will be working in a team of 7, dealing with all incoming orders through the website, via email and wholesale orders via their portal. This role requires exceptionally attention to detail as you will be dealing with large value and volume orders.

Key responsibilities

  • Order processing - Receive and process orders
  • Liaison with customers - Fulfil all customer needs including stock requirements
  • Liaison with warehouse - To make sure orders are released and booked in line with process
  • Gain detailed knowledge of customer delivery requirements and internal processes for inventory control and distribution
  • Make sure the warehouse are aware of all customer processes

This is to support on a temporary basis for 4-6 weeks. The role will then be reviewed and could be extended for the right candidate
