Our client based at Stockley Park is looking for a personable Administrator and would consider Full or Part time. For full time they would consider an Office Junior(37.5 hours per week) and for Part-time ideally a candidate with experience(20 hours per week - 5 days, 4 hours per day).

Job Description:
- Producing & following up Quotations
- Sales Order processing
- Raising Sales invoices
- Instructions & Liaising with distribution & Logistics centre
- Stock Control daily
- Customer liaison different level via phones and email
- Daily and weekly reports for sales account managers
- Supporting existing member of staff with administration duties
- Adhoc administration support

Requirements:

Ideal candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word, outlook, Sage, accounts knowledge, and sales order processing, with good telephone manner, great work ethic, strong communication, eye for detail and ability to prioritise. We are really looking for a proactive forward thinking person that works off their own initiative to fit within our team.
