We are recruiting for an established global organisation based in Bracknell for a Sales Analyst Coordinator reporting into the Sales Planning Manager.


The Sales Analyst will be specifically responsible for producing all sales and market data and providing a clear analysis and explanation of the trends and opportunities. You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth introduction of all new models into the UK marketplace and maintaining regular contact with Dealers and Area Managers to understand competitor activity.

The SA must be comfortable liaising with a wide range of contacts, both internal and external, and able to produce reports and presentations for senior management.

Main Responsibilities:

-Produce the weekly and monthly sales and market reports using data from MCIA.
-Manage and produce the weekly and monthly Ageing Stock report the Dealer Core Stock Report Registration Reports as well as any other ad-hoc reports as identified by the Manager - Business Planning and SPSM.
-Update daily the stock, order & registration analysis file using data extracted from SAP.
-Input monthly actuals & forecast in to MARS system on a weekly basis
-Manage and interpret geographical sales performance data, provided at Dealer, Area, National and Product level.
-Manage the UK & Fleet forecasting process.
-Manage the three-month sales forecast process and ensure deadlines are met for input into monthly planning meeting Niguri.
-Assist the SPSM in managing the Niguri and Tanki order process and liaising with HME-MC to ensure the latest information is considered in the preparation of the monthly order proposal management approval.
-Manage and co-ordinate the Accessories and Aftersales process within Business Planning during and after the launch of new Special Edition models and promotions.
-Manage and co-ordinate with Urban Science the 'Market Report' system ensuring latest monthly data is uploaded and all information and reports shown are accurate.
-Prepare and provide relevant product information to external bodies to ensure New Models and New Year Model bikes can be legally insured and sold as soon as they arrive in the UK eg. ABI Thatcham, CAP, Urban Science, Glass etc.
-Assist the SPM in the preparation and co-ordination of new model planning process and timings.
-Create and manage dealer pre-order / early interest systems for new models
-Ensure the Area Operations team are kept up to date on all product-related activity and information.
-Maintain the Automated Weekly Report process and the input of the monthly Area Split file following Tanki sign off.
-Produce monthly presentations for the field team explaining the sales and market performance, current stock situation and any other relevant information.
-Produce monthly presentations for senior management explaining the sales and market performance (PDCA).

Qualifications, skills and experience required:

-Well organised, deadline-orientated and strong attention to detail
-Advanced PC skills, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
-Skills in VBA & Macros desirable but not essential
-Analytical, commercially astute and highly numerate
-Interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships
-Self starter - ability to act on your own initiative
-Self motivated and proactive
