You will be part of the front line of our client in the field, representing the business across their complete account base. Your primary focus will be on driving the business and your territory forward, through focusing on Sales and partner products.

As part of the Sales Team you will have a great deal of autonomy in this role and therefore need to be a natural self-starter. You will be given responsibility for a designated territory. There will be sales targets to deliver via generating new business opportunities so you will need to be committed to making a difference and eager to meet new people and build relationships.

You will have need to have a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel throughout your territory, sometimes at different times depending on our clients customer's needs. You will be friendly with excellent customer skills and with the confidence to seek and deliver new business opportunities. You'll also be a great team player with a good standard of IT skills. Your passion and enthusiasm for creating relationships and delivering new business will be critical to be a success in this role.

Principal Elements and Responsibilities

- Responsibility for the sales, profit, customer care and quality of an agreed territory as directed by The Business.

- Responsible for planning your working week, arranging sales appointments, updating customer account information and feeding back to The Business results on an agreed frequency.

- To be proactive in identifying, developing and winning profitable new business.

- Keep up a constant stream of communication with the Business Development Manager & Sales Director so that customer challenges and opportunities are well known throughout the territory and information is shared with others in the team to create a joined-up approach to constantly improve our offer for new customers

- Quality reviews may need to be completed on an agreed frequency for certain customers and a record of the outcome, actions and recommendations after each visit.

- Assist with new customer openings, site launch days and promotional activity within the territory.

- Delivering monthly focus areas to a required standard as per instructed by The Business.

- Familiarise yourself at all times with the activity and products of our competitors, and the current market trends.

- Any other reasonable requests which would help to ensure that all Customers' expectations are met and exceeded.
