We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to add value to our growth activities by leading our team of Account Managers responsible for ongoing relationships with clients, expansion and retention.

My client is a fast-growing SaaS company. The compliance management system maintains a clear market leading position in the UK Care sector. Used daily by over 46,000 Care professionals, the service provides access to the most comprehensive set of customised Care sector policies, procedures and mock inspection toolkits in a SaaS offering. This strives to build a trusted and respected brand based on the quality of our content and our commitment to help support Care providers in delivering outstanding care.

The Accounts Sales Manager will be responsible for:
-Delivering a consistent and world-class service experience for all customers
-Team financial targets are achieved by maintaining and increasing customer retention through fantastic customer experience. Expand current accounts through further sales
-Personal and team KPIs are delivered.
-Trusted advisor relationships with internal and external account stakeholders are developed and maintained.
-Collaboration with New Business Sales, Marketing, Product and Technology and Customer Care Teams to ensure the product experience is consistent and achieves the business objectives of our customers.
-Developing and coaching their team to success

The person:
-You are currently leading a successful accounts team as sales manager or working in a comparable role.
-You are a confident CRM user of a renowned CRM software provider with a sound understanding of managing the sales funnel.
-Experience using Salesforce would be advantageous to this opportunity.
-You are highly metrics driven and reactive in order to achieve high productivity and high sales results.
-You lead with a coaching style and know how to create a positive and enthused atmosphere.
-You have a natural ability to communicate at all levels and are experienced in presenting to the -Suite.
-You are a capable self-starter and a completer/finisher. You are able to self-direct work in a highly dynamic environment.
-You set an inspiring example through personal delivery, energy and positivity.
-You are flexible, resilient and committed to this next stage of your career.
