Our widely recognised client are currently recruiting for a self motivated and passionate Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their fun and friendly team based in Harefield. The successful individual will be responsible for providing support to Sales and Marketing teams to shape the future of the business and the brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate communication (format & content) between H.O. Sales and Marketing team and wider sales teams
  • Maintain and update internal image bank
  • Assist with arranging co-ordinating and attending exhibitions, to include sample ordering, flyers, clothing, POS and promotional products
  • Organise General Management, Sales & Marketing and team meetings
  • Liaise with customers to send out images, product codes and product information
  • Organise training and training venues for sales team
  • Assist in the design and creation of annual product catalogues for all categories
  • Update competitor product samples in office

Experience and skills

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge / awareness of major UK customers
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project management & planning skills
  • Able to prioritise & manage time efficiently
  • Flexible & adaptabl

Desirable but not essential

  • University Graduate (Marketing discipline preferred)
  • Understanding of supply chain
  • Good presentation & influencing skills
