35123 - Sales Operations Administrator

We have an amazing opportunity to create a team of Sales Operation Administrators for a household name.
My client is looking for three experienced Sales Support Administrators who have the ability to support the sales team with administrative duties. The successful Sales Operations Administrator will be competent in an administrative role, ideally holding a degree and over a years worth of office/ administrative experience.

Location: Bedfont
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:45-17:00 - 37.5 hours p/w
Salary: £25,000-£28,000

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and finance teams
  • Ensuring compliance is completed on all customer investments
  • Maintain and amend the customer pricing database when required
  • Matching invoices to customer orders
  • Develop relationships with internal sales contacts
  • Produce reports stating stats and figures of company progression

Key requirements:

  • 12 months experience in a Sales Support/ Administrative position
  • A degree educated candidate
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Ability to understand profit and loss workings
  • Strong teamwork skills
