We are currently recruiting for a results driven and highly motivated Sales Order Processor to join a globally known Electronics organisation based in Woking, Surrey. This position is an immediate start for a 3 month fixed term contract.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Order entry, transmission and status in SAP system
  • Troubleshooting of incorrect SO arrived from sales agency/dept
  • Booking of delivery date with customers
  • Reporting to customers requiring information about SO
  • Follow deliveries of products and troubleshooting to the final customers
  • Follow deliveries problems and communicate to the Logistic Supervisor
  • Manage daily operations
  • General daily support to Sales team, Sales Agent and customers
  • Monthly communication with Clients in order to inform them about the following months arrivals
  • Management of request for good set return
  • Collection of documents required to follow up the good set return from customer, third-party logistics and sales agency
  • Communicate to customers regarding results of open issue (refuse or attestation)
  • Follow return order process with third-party logistics
  • Report to customers on the status of return order
  • Daily invoicing
  • Knowledge in SAP is beneficial
