Our client are a Global company based in lovely offices in Chertsey. They are looking for Sales Support Analyst to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will be collecting data from various systems producing reports on sales activity, customer information, sales wins and losses among other things. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and have used a CRM system. This is an excellent opportunity that will offer real career progression.

The objective of the role is to Assess, measure and report on the KPI's connected with sales effectiveness to support business growth.

  • Collect data from various sources (CRM tools etc) and compile together
  • Develop reports for analysis of customer information, sales activities against KPI's, client wins / losses, opportunity pipeline and customer churn rates among other things.
  • Maintain data quality standards
  • Other general sales administration
  • compiling quote, bid and tender documentation
