My well known client based in Marlow are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their fun and dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the acount managers and provide administrative support on customer accounts and projects.

Key Responsibilites

  • Actioning queries in Account Managers absence
  • Customer liaison
  • Calculation of selling prices for customer submissions
  • Coordinate all regulatory requests for assigned customers.
  • Entering forecasting and budgeting information
  • Support UK Briefs
  • Receive and register briefs
  • Be aware of project activities
  • Liaise with all relevant teams on progress of brief
  • Creation of sales support brochures
  • New win information to be shared with team.
  • Support the purchase and distribution of market samples

Key Skills

  • Competency in IT to advanced level with Word, Excel & PPT, Lotus Notes and SAP desirable.
  • Proven ability to work diplomatically with key customers, develop customer satisfaction and work on your own as appropriate
  • Administration experience in any sales and marketing environment is essential
