We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for our market leading client based in Watford. They are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to come on board and join their fun and friendly team. The successful candidate will be providing all administration for the Service Department, managing day to day tasks scheduling of engineers resources, ordering spare parts, speaking with customer to arrange service and installation visits. Must have experience in Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To be fully responsible to keep, maintain and implement process controls for the management of service contracts, service billing, quotations and reportings.
  • Maintaining records, renewal notices and all service mailings in line with business requirements.
  • Service contract renewal and Service contract offer.
  • Order of spare parts and shipping of urgent spare parts direct to the customer.
  • Main contact person of any question about service centre repair.
  • Daily duties to schedule and control resource management against customer SLAs.

Key Skills Required:

  • Sevice Delivery experience
  • Good experience with Windows PC skills including Word and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong, demonstrable administration experience required.
  • Ability to work in a very busy environment and be able to multi task.
