Our international Client based in Staines-Upon-Thames require an experienced Senior Recruitment Advisor to join their dynamic team for a period of 3 months

Role Purpose:

The role of the Senior Recruitment Advisor is to own the end to end vacancy management. You will be an expert & trusted advisor, accountable for the design & delivery of the end to end recruitment process for live vacancies to ensure hiring needs are met within KPIs & the full satisfaction of all stakeholders. The Senior Recruitment Advisor will own the recruitment process within their designated business area, including all hiring manager engagement, sourcing and selection and advertising.

You will ensure that vacancies are filled with the right people at the right time & at the right cost as defined by SLAs / KPIs & individual customer needs. By living our Client's Values you will deliver an excellent Stakeholder experience and be able to demonstrate incremental improvements

Key Responsibilities

  • End to end recruitment, to include
  • Understanding workforce plans
  • Briefings with hiring managers
  • Putting in place a robust Vacancy Management Plan (VMP) and Vacancy Attraction Plan (VAP)
  • Attraction and pre selection, facilitating the assessment process
  • Offer management
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, to include; line managers, HR and department heads
  • Ensuring best in class attraction, segmented and planned by workforce type
  • Management of third party suppliers where necessary
  • Advising the business on best practice
  • Building expertise in the client's business
  • Generation of timely and accurate MI through ATS or CRM system
  • Responsible for ensuring all SLA's and KPI's are consistently met

Person Specification

  • Recruitment experience in either an agency or in house / onsite
  • You will be self motivated, organised and have a desire to bring the best possible talent into our client's business
  • Experience at navigating recruitment systems and portals
  • Direct search methodologies
  • Capability to manage a number of open vacancies in an end to end capacity
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills
  • Influencing and negotiating skills
  • Highly organised and resilient
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to produce and analyse data, identify opportunities and using data to drive decisions
  • Excellent problem solving skills. Ability to analyse complex situations conceptually and provide workable solutions to a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders and quickly build robust relationships based on trust and confidence
  • Effective project management skills
