My client is looking for a Service Co-ordinator who will support with administration tasks and deliver exceptional customer service for scheduling, warranty and contracts.

Location: Weybridge

Salary: Up to £23,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Key duties:

  • To process field service requests and identify suitable engineers and dates to attend site
  • Communicating with customers to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Producing quotations using SAP
  • Processing customers orders
  • Communicating with credit controllers regarding credit checks/issues
  • Attending team meetings to communicate with the administrative team
  • Arranging cover during periods of holiday, sickness, and other holiday
  • Maintain open and closed jobs using SAP
  • Check SAP for open service jobs

Key requirements:


  • Previous experience within Customer Service
  • Good Administrative skills
  • Experience using SAP
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills
