My client, based in Hammersmith borders are currently recruiting for a Shared Services Manager responsible for implementing change and continuously improving service delivery within their existing Shared Services team

Please Note: this is Full-Time Permanent position - salary 45-55k

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing a small team
  • Ensuring all processes are GDPR compliant
  • Delivering continuous improvement activities using improvement techniques
  • Managing the relationship with partners
  • Developing metric and SLA's
  • Effectively dealing with complaints and incidents ensuring that they are managed correctly
  • Managing the payroll process
  • Managing delivery of ER case management


  • Experience of establishing and managing a shared services team
  • Employment Law
  • Clear understanding of service delivery and using metrics to manage performance to ensure a high-quality service
  • Demonstrable experience of working with HR systems and internal platforms including training platforms.
  • Experience of setting SLAs/KPIs
  • Ability to analysis data and identify trends
  • Good oral and written communications
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft
  • Proven experience of providing excellent customer service
