Our client based in Hook, Hampshire are seeking a Shipping Administrator to join their team for a period of 2-3 months.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating supporting documents for products shipped to the customer
  • Booking in shipments
  • Managing available stock in the office
  • Moderate excel and word experience
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Any other duties as required from the management to create an efficient operation of the department

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous role to be within an administration role
  • Confident and have the ability to think on your feet within a set timescale
  • Great communicator
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
