Our client, a global leader in their industry, is recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an Spanish speaking HR Associate to support the HR Shared Service Centre. For this role a graduate will be considered as pre-existing HR experience is not essential just great customer service skills and good system skills with fluency in Spanish.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering a high level of customer service to Employees on a range of HR processes.
  • Utilise CRM technology to track and manage inquiries for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Perform data entry, audits, password resets and manage other HR system related activities.
  • A large part of the role will also be performing testing of the HR system, Workday.

Key requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Solid communication skills
  • Effective team-working
  • Must possess strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Flexible and agile attitude to work
  • Good system skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
