The perfect opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a fun, vibrant and friendly team! This particular role requires someone who can work in a busy and fast paced environment, who is highly organised with attention to detail.

The main purpose of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is to provide support to the Talent Acquisition team through effectively managing the team's administration. You must also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be liaising with various line managers, candidates and recruitment agencies.

Key Requirements
-Team coordination in a very fast paced environment
-Strong Administration skills (Diary Management)
-Excellent working knowledge on MS Outlook
-Recruitment experience (arranging Interviews)

Key Responsibilities
-Arrange and coordinate interviews via outlook
-Manage the Recruitment inbox
-Send detailed confirmations to candidates
-Maintain good communication with candidates throughout the process
-Co-ordinate recruitment events
