A widely recognised client of ours are currently recruiting for Talent Coordinator to join their fun and friendly team. This will be a part time position: 30 hours / 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an in-house recruitment/training/HR administration role. Key Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be responsible for administration of recruitment lifecycle with the focus on fast turnaround, efficiency and accuracy. Includes posting jobs, checking applications against screening criteria, scheduling interviews, following up on interview feedback.
  • Maintains good day to day relationship with all agencies on the PSL list and ensures positive candidate experience
  • Ensures all vacancies, interviews and candidates are tracked and monitored and that status is continuously updated on the recruitment tracker
  • Coordinates initial meetings with agencies, Executive Search firms, schedules candidate interviews, assessments, lunches etc. Ensure Duty Holders and Safety Team can identify potential hazards within the workplace
  • Collaborates with Talent Team and HRBP as appropriate on graduate recruitment coordination
  • Annual creation and analysis of TNA (training needs analysis).
  • Support locally on site for training administration. This may include entering SAP training data, booking courses and set up of local training rooms.

Key Skills Required:

  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent in a business related subject area.
  • Previous experience in an in-house recruitment/training/HR administration role is desirable
  • Experience of working in a fast paced commercial environment, preferably in the high tech arena
  • Computing: Advanced PC skills (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) + databases/information systems (ideally SAP) including, ideally, Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally SuccessFactors)
  • Ideally understanding of in-house recruitment coordination and L&D coordination
  • Resilient, calm and professional under pressure, ability to multitask and communicate with a variety of styles of people and confidence to gather/expedite information from busy senior individuals
