Are you currently on the look out for a varied Administrative permanent position?

Perhaps you have previous experience in stock control or shipping? Or maybe you are a well rounded Administrator looking for a new challenge?

If so, our client based in Maidenhead, Berkshire are currently recruiting for a Team Administrator to join their established operations team!

Job Requirements:


- Monitoring of stock levels and stock requirement for clients/customers
- Ordering of stock from suppliers to satisfy requirements against orders received through Company database (e.g. Stock to be Ordered status)
- Passing of orders to Operations to process on delivery of product
Updating files (as required) of items not available or out of stock (when known)
- No undue delay in order fulfilment
- Correct product (as per order) is requested from supplier(s)
Delivery information passed to the warehouse to allow for goods in process

Wholesale and Drop-Ship order processing
- Receiving and processing of inbound stock notifications (e.g. master Shipping
- Reconciliation of stock with orders
- Creation of documentation required to ship stock
- Processing of documentation and liaison with Operations to ensure timely dispatch within contractual limits
- Collections / deliveries booked using the appropriate method without undue delay
- Documentation (delivery notes, labels, way bills) are accurate Operation is kept fully informed of all movements, and given relevant documentation / information

Other

- Contact with clients/customers via email, telephone and letter to ensure payment is made to our account within agreed or reasonable timeframes
Ensuring that invoices into the Company are entered onto Sage to enable payment
- The list of debtors is managed on a weekly basis, with contact made when agreed payment terms (i.e. 30, 60 or 90 days credit) are approaching.
Sage is up to date and maintained.

Company Database maintenance
Daily processing of manifested deliveries - closing jobs in company database using correct charges against the correct client/customer

Desirable:

  • Experience in Sage
  • Strong personality
  • Experience of working with Logistics, Aviation or FMCG
