Are you currently excited by the prospect of working for an International company?

Perhaps you have always be keen to work in an administration role within a vibrant/sociable team?

You may be an organised administrator, looking to work within a Global role. Or you could have current or previous experience in providing administrative support within an established legal team?

If you would be interested in finding out more and willing to commit to a 9 month contract, then my client based in Langley, Berkshire are currently recruiting for a Team Administrator to support their Legal Team on a Full Time basis.

Please note: this vacancy is an urgent requirement so my client will only be willing to consider candidates available immediately or on short term notice.

What you will need?

  • Legal administration and secretarial experience preferably within a legal environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word (ideally advanced) and Office.
  • At a minimum some experience of Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a methodical, organised approach in order to produce high quality work.
  • Proven experience working at a senior level (desirable)
  • Highly professional with an ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Basic legal knowledge, particularly contractual (i.e. NDAs, signature process) which may have been gained working in a legal environment. (desirable)
