Our client based in Chessington, Surrey are currently recruiting for a Temporary Data Entry Clerk to commence ASAP for a minimum period of 1 month.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • General Administration
  • Data Inputting
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Filling and ad hoc duties
  • Supporting senior members of staff
  • Creating graphs and spreadsheets on Excel

Desirable:

  • Good/advanced knowledge of Excel including (Pivot Tables and V Look ups)
  • Previous exposure to an open plan office
  • The ability to work well under high pressure situations
  • Confident and assertive personality
  • Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally
  • Attention to detail
