We are recruiting for a facilities management company with a head office in Nutfield. They provide facilities management for big commercial properties primarily in London.

This is a trainee role to Support the Business Development Director produce bids and tenders to win new business. This will need intermediate to advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

The role will develop so that you will go on site visits for smaller contracts and estimate and put the bids together yourself.
You will need intermediate to advanced Excel, be numerical and technically minded.

This is a great career opportunity for someone with good IT skills and some facilities, engineering or technical knowledge.
