Are you an experienced Training Administrator? Would you like to work for a global client based in London assisting their European Training Team for a period of 3 months

Role

You will be responsible for the coordination of the Driver Trainer Network. Using your insights and knowledge, you will work with local teams across Europe to support on administrative tasks, such as resource planning, material procurement and travel booking. You will help to schedule training slots and ensure Trainer coverage.

  • Support local teams with the planning of training slots
  • Ensure Trainer are assigned to courses
  • Engage with individual stakeholder to react on capacity shortfalls
  • Assist in travel booking
  • Coordinate vacation coverage
  • Support onboarding of new Trainer
  • Procurement of required materials for the training

Required skills

  • We are building a cross-functional team and accept a variety of qualifications such as a university degree in different fields (preferably logistics, finance or economic sciences)
  • Structured, success- and performance-oriented way of working
  • First working experience in relevant fields (preferably as administrator or in the logistics business) is a plus
  • Fluency in English is a must (verbal & written)
  • Good Excel knowledge
  • Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word)
  • Preferably the successful candidate will have prior experience in Administrative roles

Preferred skills

  • Experience with travel coordination
  • Multi-lingual (German, French, Italian, Spanish)
