Our Global client based in Staines, Surrey require a Training Administrator to join their busy, friendly team for a minimum period of 8 months.

The role

  • Assist the training coordination team with administrative tasks for training class setup, ensuring class preparations are completed timely and accurately.
  • Work with various IT systems to update customer records, registrations and training class information.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve questions relating to training services and registrations.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders in the Training team on operational matters, contributing to the smooth running of training operations and a positive customer experience for customers.

Skills and experience

  • High level data accuracy / detail orientation skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with excellent customer service skills.
  • Drive to complete multiple requests to a high standard of consistency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Experience working with learning management systems would be beneficial
  • Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
