My client is looking for a Warranty Co-ordinator to respond and process customer warranty claims using SAP/CRM system. The successful candidate will know how to provide outstanding customer service and have a strong attention to detail.

Location: Weybridge

Salary: £23,000

Hours: 9am-5:30pm

Key duties:

  • Responding to all customer warranty claims using SAP/CRM system
  • Processing claims whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Communicate to customers to confirm any issues with other departments
  • Dealing with all customer questions and queries effectively
  • Raise credit notes for customers in line with the policy
  • Follow up on faulty and spare parts
  • Confirmation letters to confirm where their claims have been rejected
  • Register end-user warranties on the computer systems
  • Collaborate with site administrator to ensue delivery and field service support are co-ordinated

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience within a busy Customer Service environment
  • Good numeracy and IT skills
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent telephone manner


  • Previous warranty experience
  • Experience using SAP/CRM
