Accounts Payable Clerk

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join a luxury, growing organisation based in Staines. This is a temporary role, looking for the successful candidate to be available to start work immediately for an on-going temporary assignment with the view to go permanent.

This is a fast-paced role and would be suitable to someone that has previous accounts payable experience, strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.

The role:

• Ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manner
• Multiple bank reconciliations
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Payment run processing
• Journal preparation and posting
• Verifying and setting up suppliers
• Double Entry

Requirements:

• Positive and enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in multi-site environment and able to build strong relationships
• Excellent problem solver and ability to work to own initiative
• Excellent excel skills - VLOOKUP's a Pivot Tables
