Administration Assistant

£20,000-£24,000 depending on skills and experience

Office based in Hayes working hours are 7.00am to 2.30pm

Experience & skills required for the role

  • Experienced Administrator
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Willing to learn new systems
  • Ability to build working relationships
  • A good problem solver who can work in a fast paced role
  • Excellent Communication skills

The role is to assist the HR team by:

  • Arranging cover for any absences in the business
  • Monitor sickness
  • Updating the HR records and systems
  • Reference checking of new starters
  • Actioning leavers requests
  • General administration duties as and when required

This role will be working in school term time which is 39 weeks per year plus an extra 5 days.
