Office based in Hayes working hours are 7.00am to 2.30pm
Experience & skills required for the role
- Experienced Administrator
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Willing to learn new systems
- Ability to build working relationships
- A good problem solver who can work in a fast paced role
- Excellent Communication skills
The role is to assist the HR team by:
- Arranging cover for any absences in the business
- Monitor sickness
- Updating the HR records and systems
- Reference checking of new starters
- Actioning leavers requests
- General administration duties as and when required
This role will be working in school term time which is 39 weeks per year plus an extra 5 days.
