This position is for 6 months initially with a view to go permanent for the right person. The role is administration within a facilities capacity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with all PO's (from air conditioning servicing to ordering of stationary)
  • Liaising with accounts to ensure invoices are paid to supplies on time and correctly
  • Managing discrepancies on invoices and PO's independently
  • Assisting in the electronic filing using share-point and coins
  • Covering Reception as and when required
  • Other administration duties as and when required

Although this position is within facilities no facilities experience is required however it would be an advantage as there could be further progression into the facilities team. A strong supporting administration background is essential.

The hours are 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday. There will be some ad-hoc travel to a London based site but notice will be given and travel expenses will be paid.
