Full time permanent role which is office based in the Hillingdon area a short walk from Hillingdon station.

Working for a successful company supporting the team and directors in the day to day running of all things administration!

You will:

  • Be an experienced Administrator (2 or more years)
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Hands on and willingness to help the team
  • Good working knowledge of MS office packages.

Duties of the role include:

  • First point of call to answer all incoming calls & emails
  • General administration, including, copying and filing, dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Diary management
  • Meeting room preparation
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Help organise staff and corporate events
