£23,000 Per Annum
My client are an international, recognised brand based in Watford. They are looking for a Bi-Lingual English/Polish speaking candidate to manage the administration of their client contracts. 37.5 hours a week, Mon-Fri £23Kpa.
They will consider another European Language other than Polish.
The Contracts and Service Administrator is responsible for preparing sales and service contracts and following their execution. They are also responsible for the issuing, billing and maintenance of service contracts and to maintain the contracts system.
* Sales and service contracts administration as follows
o Prepare sales and service contracts
o Review and update existing contracts
o Ensure contract approval process is followed
o Generate reports on the current status of existing agreements
o Ensure all relevant documents are archived
* Service contracts maintenance as follows
o Quotation of new and renewals
o Confirmation of contacts o Cancellation of contracts
o Resolving outstanding service invoices queries
o Link with sales-order SOC
o Communication with Credit & Sales
o Ensure all documents are archived and retrievable
* Data base maintenance
o Ensure all contracts are on the database
o Help ensure contract approval process is adhered to and relevant approvals captured
o Review each month expiry dates for renewal
o Revenue projection for the business
* All customer communication & query resolution
* Monthly Contract invoicing on the agreed deadlines
* Ensure all service Time & Management service invoicing is completed on time
* Prepare reports in a timely and proactive manner to assist in business planning
